Hunzai or Djinns?

On my trip to Hunza, one thing that really caught my attention were people's ages. The owner of the hotel where I was residing was 103 years old while the gatekeeper had recently crossed a century. One after another I met dozens of people who looked fit and fine even at an age which is way above the average age of today's era. I soon was informed that the average age of the native people of Hunza is 110-130 years old. In my early years, I had heard of rumors and stories saying that the people of this area belong to the Jinn family however being a rational person, I never gave an ear to them.

I started speculating my own reasons based on rationality. One of the major reasons that I found was their water. The water that the people of Hunza consume is actually glacier water which is naturally grey in color. I searched on google and found out that glacier water contains much more minerals and ions than normal water leading to better health and lesser deficiencies.
Another reason that I found reasonable was the clean air owing to excessive greenery and plantation. There are less transport vehicles leading to lower pollution levels. Whatever little pollution there is, it is purified by the millions of trees. This prevents people from suffering through diseases caused by pollution.

Lastly, happiness serves as a very important factor of their long lives. While many would disagree with me on this since it might sound a bit irrational however, I've observed that the people of Hunza try to be happy in all situations. They smile at random tourists, greet them with great hospitality, sing and dance to express themselves and try to remain peaceful and calm. The environment that they live in and the nature that feeds them, keeps them mentally stable, away from all tensions of urban life.
