Hunzai or Djinns? On my trip to Hunza, one thing that really caught my attention were people's ages. The owner of the hotel where I was residing was 103 years old while the gatekeeper had recently crossed a century. One after another I met dozens of people who looked fit and fine even at an age which is way above the average age of today's era. I soon was informed that the average age of the native people of Hunza is 110-130 years old. In my early years, I had heard of rumors and stories saying that the people of this area belong to the Jinn family however being a rational person, I never gave an ear to them. I started speculating my own reasons based on rationality. One of the major reasons that I found was their water. The water that the people of Hunza consume is actually glacier water which is naturally grey in color. I searched on google and found out that glacier water contains much more minerals and ions than normal water leading to better health and lesser...

THE FUTURE IS HUMAN Yesterday, while scrolling through my Facebook newsfeed, I saw that a friend of mine updated her cover photo that read "The future is female, #Feminism". For a moment, i felt both pity and sad for her. Pity because her statement was self-contradicting with the hashtag while Sad because people have totally forgotten the essence of feminism and are stuck in the web of pseudo-social trends. The start of Feminism dates back to the World War era where after thousands of casualties of mostly men, women started to actively participate in the work sphere. This created a spark amongst women throughout the world and they started to stand for their right to speak, work and establish themselves as equal citizens. They never intended to establish superiority over the other gender nor did they aim to deprive men of their rights. Rather feminists advocated the rights of women on the ground of the equality of the sexes. Overtime, feminism has lost its charm...

At dawn, i rise with glory, that you certainly love to see. I seem calm, but there's fire inside, still i am silent for your smile. It gets unbearable, as the clock strikes 12 and i let go, all thats inside. I torture you under my scorching heat and you curse me for your rising heart beat. But why didn't you thought before of me, when you hurt what protected me. Now that the veil's torn apart, i can reach you through very far. Yet i am not what humans are. At dusk i fall with a broken heart, behind the waters to welcome the stars. I fall, while i rise on the other side, to meet new people and experience distinct smiles. I return your smile as you enjoy my descend until the globe revolves 360° again.

Every minute passed is every minute lost in trying to revive the better past. I try to draw whatever i recall from the good days and put together in one place for one day i may not be here, but my art will be. To remind you, i was all alone haunted by the memories, and struggled every split second for your happiness~

Blue all day long and Black in the night Why do these waters depend on the color of the sky? Majestic indeed.

Bearing all atrocities, i stand lost amidst the world that's moving rapidly. I try to move, but the scars just push me behind instead. Every step seems like a struggle, a struggle to set free.~
